Returns & Exchanges
Please choose carefully as unless your purchase is faulty or damaged in transit, we will not be able to accept an exchange or refund.
On the rare occasion that your order has arrived damaged or faulty please contact us immediately with attached photographs of the damage or fault. All damages/faults must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. The Hydra Bottle will not replace or refund any orders that are reported after this time period.
