Shipping Information

Please note that at this point in time our website only offers shipping to Australia and a limited number of other countries. We are actively working towards cost effective solutions for shipping to other international destinations. If you are interested in international orders at this time please send us an email directly at info@thehydrabottle.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing at our fulfilment centre before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 12pm Friday WST will start processing the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after processing and after the item has shipped. Once orders are placed they cannot be changed.

Please ensure that the full correct address details are listed and that you include the full business name if having your parcel delivered to a business location.

The Hydra Bottle is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Australian Postal System, nor are we responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer’s address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate postal carrier.

Domestic orders are generally shipped via Australia Post however we do use other postal services in order to find the most cost effective delivery method for our customers. We offer regular/parcel post (3-5 business days from dispatch date) or express post (1-3 business days from dispatch date). These estimated delivery times do not apply to any deliveries that are offered free of charge or as part of a promotional offer. All orders include a dispatch and track notification which will be delivered via email.
